1. Services & Scope

All work, deliverables, timelines, and goals will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

2. Payments & Refunds

All services are billed on a monthly or project basis and must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
Delayed payments may result in pause or termination of services.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, necessary access (website, analytics, etc.), and timely feedback.
Delays in approvals or communication may impact project timelines and results.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided content and business practices comply with applicable laws.

4. No Guarantee & Liability

We follow best practices but do not guarantee specific rankings, AI visibility (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini), or business results.
We are not responsible for changes in search engine algorithms, AI models, or third-party platforms.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Ownership, Termination & Updates

All final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment, while our internal processes remain our intellectual property.
Either party may terminate services with prior notice, and no refunds will be issued for completed work.
We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of those changes.
